Donated by: Simon Mirren

This is your opportunity to have lunch with writer, producer, and Showrunner Simon Mirren. Well known for writing and producing hit TV series such as Criminal Minds (for which he was showrunner) for Touchstone Television and CBS, Without A Trace for Jerry Bruckheimer Television and CBS, and Third Watch for NBC, he most recently co-wrote, produced and show-ran Versailles,  the well-received 10-part Canal Plus series dramatizing the life of Louis XIV of France.

Along with Jamie Carmichael (Black Book), Simon recently launched TV and film production and sales label Atlantic Nomad. Operating out of L.A., the company will look to work on high-end, mainstream TV drama with a slate of between 6-10 original series over the next 12 months from both the U.S. and the UK and one or two theatrical films in the same period. Atlantic Nomad’s first two projects out of the gate will be The Knowledge — a U.K. espionage drama series described as being in the vein of "State Of Play" and "Spooks," and "Hammerhead" — a crime series set in the California port city of San Pedro and centered around a grieving mother who must decide between her loyalty to her God and her family, as she battles East Coast Mafia, West Coast gangs, the Government, and the enemy within.
