An accomplished media executive, Terry is currently a creative development executive at Netflix handling unscripted projects for the global giant. She oversees projects such My Next Guest Needs No Introduction with David Letterman, A Little Help with Carol Burnett, Chelsea Handler's innovative Talk show, Bill Nye Saves the World and Comedians in Cars with Jerry Seinfeld to name a few.

Prior to joining Netflix, Terry was President of Mark Burnett's One Three Media known for producing such hits as The Voice, Shark Tank, and Survivor. Prior to her positions at One Three Media and Netflix, Terry was President of Creative for CBS Television Distribution, where she was responsible for all new program and developing for the most prolific distributor in syndicated television.

In addition to overseeing all current programs like ET, Judge Judy, Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, and Inside Edition, Terry was responsible for developing and launching some of syndication's biggest hits such as Dr. Phil, Rachel Ray, The Insider, and The Doctors. Before joining CBS, Terry was an executive at Oprah Winfrey's Harpo Productions where she helped launch her Book Club. Her early career as a journalist took her to war zones as a producer for the legendary program 60 Minutes.
