  • Valid for up to 4 people.
  • Winner will be allowed 1 personal photo and can bring 1 item to be autographed.
  • Winner  and guest will be featured in a "weather hit" (During one of Al's weather reports, he will go over and talk  to you, in the crowd) 
  • All bidders must be 18 years of age and may be required to pass a background check. If the winner or guest fails the background check, they forfeit the prize.
  • Winner shall not say or do anything to make donors uncomfortable during the experience, including making business proposals, special requests of any kind or giving scripts to read.
  • Tour will not be led by Al Roker. 
  • Winner is prohibited from direct contact with donors and/or their agents, managers and publicists. All communication about this item before, during and after the auction shall be directed to  Charitybuzz. Please bid accordingly.
  • This package is non-transferable. If the winner must cancel for any reason once the experience has been confirmed, they may forfeit the prize. Winner should be flexible with dates and should give at least 2 weeks advance notice of requested dates (please give 3 date choices and the show will do its best to accommodate your first choice if possible).
  • The winning bidder and guest are responsible for arriving at the agreed upon destination at the agreed upon date and time.
  • Blackout dates may apply.
  • Travel and accommodations are not included.
  • Experience cannot be resold or re-auctioned.
  • Cannot be transferred.
  • We expect all winning bidders and their guests to conduct themselves appropriately when attending an experience won at Charitybuzz. Polite manners and respect for the generous donor and adherence to any rules or parameters are a must.

The minimum processing and handling charge for this item is $9.95.

The minimum shipping, handling and applicable insurance charge for non-tangible items is $9.95. Detailed redemption information will be emailed to the winning bidder. The minimum shipping charge for hard copies of tickets and certificates is $14.95. The minimum shipping charge for merchandise is $19.95 (shipments outside the U.S. are subject to additional shipping and customs fees). Tickets, certificates and merchandise are typically shipped with signature required, unless otherwise specified, via professional carrier. In some cases, tickets will be left at the venue's "Will Call" window under the winner's name. Merchandise is insured for the winning amount.
