That includes 20 years at Coopers & Lybrand (PricewaterhouseCoopers), as internal Director of International Strategy and as external consultant to clients in Fortune 500 companies. She’s been a Chair with Vistage International since 1999, leading groups and coaching CEOs and key executives. She is passionate about business diversity and was co-leader of the first Vistage minority initiative, for CEOs in Harlem. She also created the first government group - for the National Parks Service. Norma has worked with many not-for-profit leaders and brings the Vistage not-for-profit members together bi-annually.
