David Bonnette joined Vista Equity Partners in January 2017. He is an Operating Principal focused on our Foundation Fund companies. Vista is the largest software private equity firm in the world. Prior to Vista, David was the Chief Executive Officer of Lanyon, which was merged with Cvent, another Vista portfolio company, upon Vista’s acquisition of Cvent in November 2016.

Prior to joining Lanyon, David served as CEO at BigMachines for three years, until the time of its acquisition by Oracle. David has worked in the software industry for nearly 20 years and prior to BigMachines, held a variety of executive roles at Oracle where he led North American organizations in ERP, CRM, and consulting. David is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO Dallas), serves on the advisory board and is a mentor for the Posse Foundation, and is a board member of the Dallas World Affairs Council.

Education: B.A. in Business Management, Keene State College International Business, Oxford Brookes University.

The minimum processing and handling charge for this item is $9.95.

The minimum shipping, handling and applicable insurance charge for non-tangible items is $9.95. Detailed redemption information will be emailed to the winning bidder. The minimum shipping charge for hard copies of tickets and certificates is $14.95. The minimum shipping charge for merchandise is $19.95 (shipments outside the U.S. are subject to additional shipping and customs fees). Tickets, certificates and merchandise are typically shipped with signature required, unless otherwise specified, via professional carrier.
