Spend lunch with Ryan Suchala discussing how banks are adapting to the current business environment and how can you leverage your relationship with your bank to maximize the value they can deliver to you.

According to Suchala, the best part about his job is helping people succeed. From business owners accomplishing their financial goals to bankers reaching professional goals, he enjoys working as a servant leader building teams to serve market needs. In his current role, Suchala will be overseeing First United’s Dallas location in Preston Center and will lead the bank’s growth strategy for the Dallas market. Suchala said, “Culture is important to me. First United Bank promotes faith, family, financial well-being and personal development.  Driving that culture in an emerging market like Dallas inspires me, and I am honored to be part of that mission.”

Prior to joining First United Bank, Suchala spent 17 years with regional bank holding company BOK Financial, as Market President for the Dallas and Arizona markets.

Suchala attended college at the University of Oklahoma earning his BBA and MBA in Finance from the Michael F. Price College of Business. He is also a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU.  Suchala and his wife Sam will soon celebrate 18 years of marriage. Their three sons Joseph (12), Brannon (11), and Walt (8) are students at Parish Episcopal School and are very active. Suchala is currently a member of the United Way Tocqueville Society and enjoys coaching OneUp the Pitch participants through the Young Presidents Organization, Lone Star Chapter.
