“The Swan chair is dedicated to the memory of my dear friend Sarah Cantor. Sarah was a design editor and, most importantly, a loving mother to her wonderful son. She died of breast cancer at the age of 38, 10 years ago this month. She always wore a big smile and brought great joy to this world. My diamond light fabric is reminiscent of her beautiful spirit. She is dearly missed and her love of flowers speaks both to the beauty and fragility of life.”
The chairs will be on view at SUITE New York during the month of October for interested bidders to view in person.
