Annette Eskenazi began her career in 1995 when she was hired by an elite technology recruitment firm in New York City. Developing strong relationships with top-tier financial clients, including Merrill Lynch, HSBC, Reuters, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley, Annette became a top revenue generator for the firm. She was promoted to a leadership role for the firm’s international consulting affiliate, where she spent the next seven years expanding the European market across multiple sectors, including publishing, where she grew the practice with accounts such as Bloomberg, McGraw-Hill and Bloomsbury Publishing.
Returning to New York from work in Barcelona and San Francisco, Annette saw an opportunity in the growing market of digital media and began work with a leading New York-based technology recruitment firm as Managing Director. Here, she founded the Digital Media practice, partnering with executives at Omnicom, WPP, IPG, and Publicis Networks. Annette launched Venture-6 in 2012, leveraging her close relationships with industry leaders in the areas of digital advertising, technology, entertainment and publishing. Having placed hundreds of senior-level executives in the digital media space over the course of her career, Annette has earned a reputation for being one of the most highly respected digital talent agents in the market. Originally from Colombia, she received a B.S. in Psychology from University of South Carolina, a M.S. in Marketing from University of Barcelona and certifications in personal branding and negotiation from New York University. She is an in demand speaker and consultant on recruitment, professional networking and business development.
