Bid now on three 1-hour sessions to discuss a business issue or topic with serial entrepreneur and business advisor, Gary Kusin in Dallas, TX.

In the first session you will lay out your complete problem / issue as completely as possible with advance materials to Gary Kusin as needed.  In the second session you will focus on the array of alternative solutions, discussing the strengths and weaknesses of each course of action. Finally, the third session will be a follow up 90-180 days after the second session to review execution and course correct as needed.

Gary Kusin is the Co-Founder of Babbage’s (today called GameStop) and Laura Mercier Cosmetics, CEO of Kinko’s/FedEx Office who oversaw successful $2.4b sale and integration into FedEx, and 12-year senior advisor to global PE firm TPG Capital. He is currently chairman/CEO of TreeHouse.
