Blowin' That Saxophone, Rare Archival Print of Clarence Clemons and Bruce Springsteen

View original image

Extremely rare archival mage of Clarence Clemons and Bruce Springsteen. Titled Blowin' That Saxophone from the 1975 Born to Run photo shoot. Image is on paper measuring 20 inches by 30 inches in a 32 inch by 25 inch matted frame.

Regarded as the most sought-after image (after the cover image) from the Born to Run photo shoot, this is the ONLY print of the artist’s proof image available in this size -- and is one-of-its-kind in the world.

Photo donated to Clemons’ charity of choice, HomeSafe, by acclaimed Springsteen photographer, Eric Meola. HomeSafe was very near and dear to Clemons' heart, with the Big Man personally supporting HomeSafe and serving as the host of its major annual fundraising event. HomeSafe helps victims of child abuse and domestic violence, and each year serves more than fifteen thousand infants, children and families.

This is an archival print, made from the original negative and printed by photographer Eric Meola, who made this image for the Born to Run photo session in 1975. Image is personally signed by Eric Meola as an artist's proof. This image is rarer than numbered collector's prints, as it is the ONLY artist's proof of this image in the world.
