Wes is a Partner and joined Gryphon in 2017 to co-lead the firm’s Industrial Growth Team with Bob Grady. He works closely with senior management teams at Gryphon portfolio companies to maximize short- and long-term operating and financial performance through strategic, commercial, and operational improvements. He is also a member of the investment review committee and assists Gryphon deal teams in identifying, evaluating, and executing investments. Wes is an accomplished executive with about 30 years of experience in both the C-suites of global Fortune 500 corporations and high growth private companies. In addition to his responsibilities at Gryphon, Wes currently sits on the board of SIRVA, the world’s largest relocation and moving company, where he served as CEO for nine years, and the board of Pepperdine University, and is a member of the Business Roundtable and United States Chamber of Commerce.
