Cheryl Tiegs is a model, designer, an author, businesswoman, public speaker, and an avid spokesperson for health and fitness, the environment and children in need. Cheryl defines “Supermodel” and is acknowledged as an icon for women of all ages. Cheryl’s career started with the covers of Glamour, Seventeen and Elle. She eventually graced the covers of Vogue and Bazaar, and became known as The Cover Girl. She was the first model to appear three times on the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issues, and also made the cover of People magazine four times, as well as the cover of Time magazine three times, most notably for the “All-American Model” cover story.
Breaking with convention, Cheryl started a signature line of clothing and accessories for Sears. The Cheryl Tiegs line sold nearly a billion dollars of merchandise in its 10-year span, helping turn the company around. She is a frequent guest on shows focusing on issues of fitness, fashion and beauty. Her appearances include “Oprah”, “The Today Show”, VH-1, E!, “Access Hollywood”, “Extra”, “Tyra Banks”, “Dr. Oz” and many more. In 2004, Cheryl entered the “Hall of Fame” in the 40th Anniversary edition of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, and was included in People Magazine’s “Most Beautiful” issue. In 2007, Cheryl had a role in the feature film Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story, starring John C. Reilly and has recurred on Family Guy.
