Provided that all necessary information and signed releases have been timely received by Seller, the Winning Bidder will receive a prize certificate entitling the Winning Bidder to Tickets for 4 seats at the Premiere. The prize certificate and the Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable (except as otherwise set forth below), not valid for resale, and valid only for the event described on the certificate and Tickets. The prize certificate and the Tickets have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.
Participants understand they will need to behave in a reasonable and appropriate manner at all times during the experience. Violations will invalidate the experience and all participants will be asked to leave the premiere. Causes for termination include but are not limited to: profanity, harassment, not following instructions of assigned escort or security at premiere, intoxication, or other inappropriate conduct that is unacceptable to the host of the event.
The seller reserves the right to reject any bids at its sole discretion and screen all bidders, including requesting additional documentation on the bidder's ability to make payment as well as requesting a deposit to be paid before being allowed to bid.
All sales are final, there are no refunds of the winning bid. A bid is a legally binding contract and you agree to be bound to make payment if you are the highest bidder, even if a higher bid has been removed, resulting in you being the high bidder. If your account is used by a family member, other person in your household, or even a friend with access to your account, you are still fully liable and cannot avoid payment. Do not bid if you are not 100% certain you can follow through with payment at the winning bid price promptly. A non-paying bidder will be subject to collection and legal costs. By bidding in this auction, the bidder understands and agrees to RFK Memorial Auction’s terms of service as well as all terms and conditions mentioned here.
THIS FILM IS NOT YET RATED. Void where prohibited by law. The auction of the Tickets will be conducted in accordance with RFK Memorial Auction’s auction rules and guidelines, and applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. The auction, the Tickets, and attendance at the Premiere of the motion picture will be subject to the restrictions set forth below. Winning Bidder and Designated Guest each must be 18 years of age or older, and if a minor under applicable law, the written consent of the minor's parent or legal guardian will be required to claim the Tickets and attend the Premiere. Winning Bidder and Designated Guest must consent to, and pass, a criminal background check at no cost to the Winning Bidder and Designated Guest. Within 24 hours after the close of the auction, the Winning Bidder must submit in writing the names, dates of birth, and social security numbers for Winning Bidder and Designated Guest. In addition, the Winning Bidder and Designated Guest must each sign and return, within five (5) business days, a liability and publicity release, releasing Seller, the producer and distributor of the motion picture, and their respective affiliated entities, from any liability in connection with the auction and/or the Tickets. Should the Winning Bidder or Designated Guest not pass the background check or fail to timely return the necessary releases and affidavits required by Seller, Seller in its sole discretion may accept the next highest bid as the winning bid.
No recording of the motion picture, by electronic or any other means, is permitted. Winning Bidder and Designated Guest may be subject to search and inspection. Individuals entering the theater will be subject to physical search and inspection of their person and personal effects for recording devices and may be required to pass through a metal detector and/or subject to scanning via a handheld metal detection device. No camera, recorder or any other device capable of recording sound or images, including without limitation camera-equipped PDAs and cellular phones, will be permitted at the Premiere.
The screening will be monitored for unauthorized recording. Anyone who uses a recording device or attempts to use a recording device during the screening of the motion picture may be subject to immediate removal, detention and civil and criminal prosecution. Any recording device (including its contents) discovered in the theater shall be subject to immediate forfeiture and/or destruction. Unauthorized recording will be reported to law enforcement.

Before You Bid
Your bid is a contract
All bids placed on the charitybuzz® Auctions website are legally binding. If you are the successful bidder, you will enter into a legal contract to purchase the item and will be considered the buyer of the lot.
How to Bid
Steps to take before you place a bid:
- If you haven't already, register for an account.
- Browse the website for items of interest.
- Once you have clicked into the lot description page, the "Place a Bid" box will appear on your right.
- You must be logged into charitybuzz.com in order to bid. You will see the Current Bid and the Minimum Next Bid. To bid this amount, simply click the "Bid Now" button. A "Confirm Your Bid" box will appear confirming the Bid Price. If okay, hit Confirm. From here you can Return to Auction, check Your Active Lots, or Log-Out.
- Due to the charitable nature of this auction, charitybuzz® has waived all buyer's premiums, commissions and fees.
- If you have been Outbid, you have the opportunity to continue bidding. You will also be notified by email.
- Overtime or "Popcorn" Bidding: Bids placed within 10 minutes prior to a lot's scheduled closing time will extend the closing time on that lot an additional 10 minutes. All lots will close when there have been no bids placed within the last remaining 10 minutes.
Bids are a binding contract. If you have any questions on any terms and conditions, we encourage you to email info@charitybuzz.com or call (212) 243-3900 and speak with one of our auction specialists before you place a bid.
Overtime Bid
Why did the auction closing time extend by 10 minutes after I placed my bid? This is called "Popcorn" Bidding: Bids placed within 10 minutes prior to a lot's scheduled closing time will extend the closing time on that lot an additional 10 minutes. This gives all bidders an opportunity to place a competing bid. All lots will close when there have been no bids placed within the last remaining 10 minutes.
Max Bid
Max bidding allows you to bid the maximum amount you wish to bid for an auction lot. Your maximum bid won't be displayed to other bidders, but will be displayed as the current bid based on the bidding increment. The following example illustrates max bidding:
- Auction Lot 1000 has a current bid of $0. The minimum bid is $250.
- Juan places and confirms a maximum bid of $500. Juan's bid is displayed as $250.
- Sally places a bid of $300 and is notified that the bid was not accepted because it did not exceed the maximum bid.
- Juan's next bid is automatically increased to the next bidding increment of $350.
- If no other bids are placed, Juan is the winner at $350.
- If Juan's $500 max bid is overtaken by another bidder, he will receive an outbid notice.

liveBID
What does liveBID mean in the auction title and description?
In addition to an online auction, charities frequently conduct live galas and feature a live auction at the event. For the auction lots that are included in the online auction and the live auction, we note them with "liveBID" in the lot description, and we close the online bidding the day of the live auction. We contact the highest bidders on those liveBID lots by phone to see if the bidders want us to continue bidding on their behalf at the live auction.
In addition, a live gala may also include a silent auction. In these cases, charitybuzz bidders can bid online for silent auction items along with the guests at the event. These items remain open online until they close at the event. Winning bidders will be notified via email when credit card charges are processed. Please note that silent auction items do not support the Max Bid feature. The amount you bid will be registered as the next bid regardless of increment, so please bid carefully.
Please email info@charitybuzz.com with any questions.
ReserveBID
ReserveBID is a way for donors/charities to ensure that items do not sell below their value. Some items will start at a lower opening bid price to encourage bidding; however items that display "ReserveBID not met" below the current bid are not obligated to be sold to the highest bidder. Bidding must surpass the set reserve price in order to sell; therefore once "ReserveBID not met" disappears, the item is valid for sale at the current bid posted. Reserve prices are confidential and will not be revealed to bidders.
