Musicians On Call brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities. To date, over 165,000 individuals have been touched through the volunteer performances as musicians play for patients too sick to leave their rooms.

Musicians On Call has 32 weekly Bedside Performance programs in New York, Philadelphia, Nashville and Miami.

In addition to the Bedside Performance Program, they send CD Pharmacies to healthcare facilities so patients may listen to music in their beds. They have sent 328 CD Pharmacies, each packed with hundreds of CD's and discmen all over the country. Through Project Playback, a program which gives patients the chance to see their music recorded and produced, eight CDs have made by both children and adults. Patients work with professional musicians who volunteer to provide guidance and recordings are made in the hospitals.
