The Telluride Academy has been offering summer and after-school enrichment programs for students ages 5-18 for thirty two years. From its humble backyard beginning in 1981 to now offering 100+ programs to over 800 students annually, the organization has grown to be one of the largest of its kind in the state of Colorado. Academy programs focus on outdoor adventure, science exploration and theater immersion. The Academy takes pride in its long cherished goal to accept each and every child that desires to participate in one of their programs. The Organization fundraises $200,000+ a year which they use to support their tuition assistance program and to help fund the resources necessary to accommodate students with special needs. 100% of the proceeds of the Academy’s Charity Buzz Auction is dedicated to these two initiatives… tuition assistance for families with proven financial need and services for children with disabilities.
